Goals
Untitled Document
A good proposal is very clear about what it intends to achieve. The
Wabash Center looks to fund projects that specifically advance teaching and
learning about theology and religion. The statement of goals should demonstrate
the project's
fit with Wabash Center’s mission, and exemplify the clarity and focus
of the proposal. (See: Activities NOT funded by the Wabash Center)
The nuts-and-bolts of the Project - the who, what, where, when and how
of the activity - are described in the Project Outline; the Goals Statement
should list the desired outcomes of the project. List briefly what you hope
to accomplish with this project.
The more succinctly and clearly you can articulate your goals, the easier
it will be to evaluate later whether you have reached those goals and assess
the impact of your project. The clearer the proposal is about the intended outcomes,
the easier it is to identify strategies for assessing them.
