Internet Public Library: Online Serials
This is a very well-organized page which places electronic journals under broad category headings such as "Arts & Humanities," "Business & Economics," etc. Under these broad headings are narrower headings such as "History," "Music," "Philosophy," etc. There are still finer subject divisions under those. Links to the individual journals include a brief description of the journal, its principal language, frequency, etc. Peer-review status is not mentioned, however, and some of the links are not full-fledged electronic journals, but simply advertisements for print publications. Nevertheless, this is an excellent source of information.
