Websites on Religion

“Websites on Religion” Database Has Been Moved to Atla

If you’re looking for the Wabash Center’s “Websites on Religion” database, you can now find it on Atla’s website.

We launched this site in the 1990s through the dedicated efforts of Charles Bellinger who maintained the site through 2014. Officially named “The Guide to Internet Resources for Teaching and Learning in Theology and Religion” it was often referred to as “The Internet Guide.”

The ambitions of the site are astounding. And it became increasingly apparent that the scope and purposes of the site fit better with trained librarians than with the Wabash Center’s mission to support critical reflection on teaching practices. We were thrilled when Atla offered to take over this site for us in 2018. We encourage you to visit and use the materials there.
