1. The required textbook, An Introduction to theories of popular culture, by Dominic Strinati, is available at the University and the Marshall Square bookstore. You will also find there two optional texts.
 
 

2. There will be four quizzes, each worth 25% of your final grade. The fourth quiz will be held as the final exam for this course (date, time and place arranged by the University).
 
 

3. I absolutely will not allow any make-up examinations without a written note from your academic dean. Read the previous sentence again.
