Mentoring and Leadership Development for Theological Librarians
Proposal abstract :
Mentoring which focuses on leadership development is at the heart of this grant. Parcipants will atend a group session with an experienced theological librarian leader and learn collaboravely with other peers and receive a one-on-one coaching session with another seasoned theological librarian. Therefore, leadership development topics will be scaffolded with execuve coaching sessions. The curricular design is intended to provide an overview of a leadership topic followed by a session with an execuve coach discussing a specific leadership case in the parcipant’s work environment.
