This meeting gathers grant directors from the twelve doctoral programs that received Preparing Future Faculty funds in 2017. These grants invited doctoral programs to strengthen their work with respect to the pedagogical formation of their students.

Purposes 

  • To facilitate peer conversations about the progress of the grant projects
  • To continue the reflective work within each school about their doctoral program and how it contributes to the teaching preparedness of its graduates
  • To contribute to the programming of the Wabash Center as it plans its future work with doctoral-granting institutions
